    Shipping
      We charge the lowest prices on shipping based on options offered by Fedex and the US Postal Service. Once an item is added to the shopping cart, you can proceed to checkout to see the available shipping options and prices. You can hit the back button and add/remove items in your shopping cart.


    Shipping for jewelry items - OVERSEAS & International

      FASTER OPTION-International - Choose the highest price shown in the shopping cart for the fastest service available ******* RUSH INTERNATIONAL IS NOT OVERNIGHT SERVICE *******
      Approx 4-5 Business days plus your country's customs time.
      You will need to select the most expensive shipping option available in the shopping cart.
      This pricing applies only to small items.

      SLOWER OPTION-International Usually approx 10 days to 4 weeks and occasionally longer.
      The shopping cart will list the price for international shipping under the US domestic options. Your cart will not display the correct total for international shipments with this slower option. Your total will be manually adjusted to reflect the price noted in the shopping cart.

      We ship internationally using the US Postal Service. Please note that we can only estimate the time it will take your government to release packages through your local customs department.

      Larger items like pocket watches, wedding items, etc, will have larger packaging and will require a shipping quote based on the size of the package. The international pricing from the shopping cart is based on small packages only such as jewelry, dog tags, keychains..


    Shipping for wholesale items (for approved retailers)
      Shipping prices will appear in your cart once you proceed to cart. Overseas: no wholesale orders will ship internationally.

    Packaging
      All Jewelry items are shipped in a beautiful jewelry box.

      Giftwrapping must be specified and costs $2.

      Texas residents please add sales tax

    Delivery
      HOLIDAY SEASON - Processing time
        Processing times are posted at the top of the web pages during the holidays

      REST OF THE YEAR - Processing time
        Most items are in stock - process time is usually 1-2 business days.
        If an item is not in stock - usual processing time is about 4 business days.

      Shipping time
        Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
        Fedex 2nd day (2 business days)
        Fedex overnight (1 business day)
        Fedex does not delivery on weekends unless special arrangements are made (additional fees will apply).
